Our Vision

Our Story
According to Mortier (2013), banks commit 40% of their resources to multinational corporations, 20% to derivatives, 13% to interbank loans, and only 17% to the local economy. <br/> Since the financial crisis, traditional financial institutions have abruptly chosen to lend less, particularly to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), lowering their risk exposure. Due to this, SMEs are less likely to have access to specialised and developed loan and equity capital markets, which makes it more difficult for them to secure external financing as the situation worsens during times of crisis. As a result, high-risk listed SMEs frequently benefit from emerging technology from prospective disruptors, even though their strong management teams find it difficult to raise additional funding. In response to these banking and financial difficulties, Neptune Fintech took the initiative to provide listed SMEs with specialised funding sources that included features like fast funding for operating cash flow, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, and specialised asset financing requirements, among others, as well as non-intrusiveness, low documentation, and almost no collateral. Because we recognise that for many listed SMEs, having access to alternative funding can make the difference between success and failure, Neptune Fintech has widened its investment objectives over the years and persistently carried out its strategic initiatives.
